The apartment is in the heart of Andersonville, close to restaurants and shops. Communication from the owner was prompt and helpful. I live in the area and will definitely rent here again when we have guests come in from out of town!

We enjoyed our getaway at your place. Nice location to be able to get out & walk to stores & ice dining places. The only thing we saw wrong was the coffee packs make only one cup of coffee which I found out by trying to make a full pot first morning which was hot colored water. My suggestion would be a Keurig. Otherwise all was great!

This quaint condo was the perfect size and exactly what I needed for a few days while I was staying in Andersonville. The space was also very calming and quiet. A detail that was important since I was in town to officiate a wedding, so it was important that I had a space that would allow me rehearse and focus. The decor was warm and modern. It was also perfectly clean and everything was well stocked. The location was also perfect since it’s right down the street from Clark Street and a local grocery. I would love to stay here again next time I am in Chicago!

Great location Andersonville Chicago

Loved the location so close to everything I needed and quiet considering the living room faces Ashland. I am super sensitive to noises and I didn’t hear much especially at night on a weekend in Chicago. Neighborhood walk with my dog was the best thing. I love Andersonville. Kristine, the host, was great! Easy communication. I’d defo stay here again next time I come up. Thank you!!
