The room was clean, the staff were friendly. The breakfast was excellent with eggs, bacon or sausage, made to order omelets, muffins, juice, coffee, pancakes or French toast.
Our rooms were quiet and we slept well.
Unfortunately, while we were there (early August 2025), the pool was extremely overused. It was packed all day long. It was loud and there was not much room to move or swim without running into anyone or getting hit in the head by a nerf ball (true story!) The water was green from the overuse.
There was a slight smell of old seafood in the air of the atrium. Thankfully, that smell did not enter into our rooms which were clean and smelled fine.
At times there was a strong smell of marijuana in the entry way and the elevators, Thankfully, the smell never reached the breakfast area or our rooms.
