Overall, it was fine. We like Embassy Suites, it was just our room was very hot and wouldn't cool down. A maintenance guy came to address it, but it didn't really work. He said he'd bring a fan, but didn't. I went to get one myself, which was fine, just not exactly what I expect from Embassy.

Love the atmosphere and the design of the hotel. The girl at the front desk was wonderful. We love the nightly reception and the free breakfast. What I did not like...the pool area was VERY cold and dark. The pool had way too many kids, and same with the hot tub. I was in there for 2 hours and NEVER saw a staff member come in and check on things. 2 teenage girls were physically fighting in the pool. Also only 1 out of 3 elevators worked. This was VERY inconvient.

We stayed for one evening on a Saturday. The pool area was NOT clean and the pool/hot tub was not clean or well treated. On a Saturday evening they have multiple security guards around, which felt off in regards to safety. We would not stay here again
