On the description it says 7min of driving to the river walk which is a lie , we had to drive 45min without traffic to get to the river walk. But the hotel was nice and the area felt safe. The only down side is how they lied about the distance.

Clean, safe, accommodating. Staff was wonderful (especially cleaning staff) with the exception of one front desk staff member interaction (with the other front staff being wonderful) otherwise, all 5 stars in every category!

Property was close to restaurants and the area is well kept. Hotel had some parking issues and bar staff does not enforce or monitor lobby rules In a fair, unbiased manner.

No hot water all 4 days. I had to call management everyday and wait for maintenance to come and fix issue. Also, sink drain would not work properly. Very poor experience and poorly run property. Very dissatisfied.

We have stayed here several times. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are clean and spacious, the breakfast buffet is great--especially the omelettes. Highly recommend when visiting Naperville and surrounding area.
