I tried to call this hotel before my visit to ensure the airport shuttle was running between 3 and 3:30am and they are impossible to get ahold of. Every number i found online did not go to the front desk and no one would forward me ir give correct number. It was frustrating, but i figured i could uber if the shuttle wasnt going. I could get on the shuttle at 3:30am. Once actually at the hotel everything was great, clean, no weird smells, friendly staff, comfortable. But not being able to get ahold of them before did add some stress to my travel.

Best Hotel Experience Ever!

Amazing! Free parking, a skywalk over to the Donald Stephens Convention Center, an evening gathering with two free drink tickets, a tremendous breakfast buffet and a Suite! We had two queen beds in one room with a television and a sink, a short hallway with the bathroom, then the entry with a computer desk, another sink, a sofa and an armchair. And another television! The entry room can be closed off from the bedroom in case you have early risers (like me) and don't want to disturb anyone. I was just amazed, and the price was exceptional for such fine service. This is my go-to hotel from now on when I'm in Rosemont.
