While I usually stay at some form of Hilton and enjoy the Embassy, this property had one working elevator until the day I left, the inside of my room looked as if a dog had eaten the bathroom door. The covers had stains. The 3 pillows on my bed were so old they felt like bricks. Everything about this property was just wrong. The day I arrived, there were dishes outside my door and dishes all over the place. I thought it weird to have them outside my room since we had just arrived, but apparently they were just placed everywhere...was housekeeping even paying attention? The gift shop (while the person working there was nice), was only open certain hours...not open 24/7. This place is not even close to 4 stars. I would not even give it 3 stars. The only restaurant in the building was super expensive. The location was decent for what we needed, but I would not stay there again.

I truly enjoyed this property. Only thing wish it had a hot tub. And the pool area could have used attention. It wasn’t as clean as I would have expected.

I had stayed at an Embassy Suites with a family member when we came last year for a family member's Navy basic training graduation, and I really liked it. I love how quiet the rooms are, the free breakfast is wonderful, and the location is convenient. I needed the location closer to airport this time to pick up family members for another loved one's Navy boot camp graduation. The location by the airport is convenient and the shuttle was great, but had I known about the $39/day parking fee, I honestly probably would've looked elsewhere. My kids loved the manager's reception and the breakfast though! And our room was comfortable and clean, so that was much appreciated after 13 hours of driving, especially because they allowed me early check-in!! If I'm in an area with an Embassy Suites again and I have the means, I'll check the parking situation and probably book again! Thanks!
