Very good hotel. Rooms are nice and very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Nice breakfast option too. I would stay here next time I visit Chicago. Thanks to the receptionist we were able to change noisy room with windows facing the highway with a completely quiet one, as I am very sensitive to sounds. Thank you. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Chicago!

The hotel has been updated and the rooms are. Lean and bright. Beds are comfortable and breakfast was decent. My big complaint was how noisy the hotel was. Our room was on the side closest to the freeway and there was noise from the traffic all night. The floors are thin and footsteps from the floor above us were audible all night. The staff put a family on the floor above us and we heard kids running and jumping on the bed until almost 2:00 am. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

We received some misinformation about getting Best Western points. The manager worked very hard to help us get the points. It was above and beyond his job to do so and we are very appreciative.

Pros and Cons

Staff was friendly, hotel and room were clean and they had an above average breakfast that included eggs and make your own waffles. A huge negative was the bed was uncomfortable, rolled to the middle. Also, the toilet was so close to the sink that when you sat down, your elbow hit the countertop. All 3 of us experienced this. There's no way an oversized person would fit. Staff told me this is their number 1 complaint.
