Hotel had plumbing issues. Didn’t get the room I paid for. When we arrived to the room and realized it wasn’t what we booked, called down to the front desk and someone just hung up on me when inquiring if we could switch to a different room. Nothing was done to compensate for the issue. Toilet was running in the room the entire time. Also right next to a fire station

The staff and accommodations were great for a family. The breakfast was great everyday and the staff were on top of anything getting low.
