Opposite a fire and ambulance station stayed in room 323 so was noisy throughout the night. Room was nice but you have to pre-order housekeeping which was a stretch as not a budget hotel. Pre ordered and did not turn up. 3 phone calls later room serviced (use the term loosely) at 17:30. Clean towels put in room and bed made. Dirty towels left in shower no replacements of coffee etc I had to go to reception for those. Room not hoovered or cleaned. Breakfast OK not bad enough to complain. $65 dollars parking fee which I did not have a problem with as its a big city. on top of everything else though enough to not stay next time I'm afraid. Worst of 10 hotels we stayed in during our trip. Loved Chicago, good location. Staff friendly and polite would I stay here again no. Nowhere near as good as the reviews suggest.

Wonderful stay, will come again!
Very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a king suite. Comfortable and quiet. Careful with doors, they were heavy and shut loud and fast if you aren't aware. Kitchen in suite needed some utensils. Breakfasts were varied and delicious. Did get tired of drinking and eating off of paper and plastic. Bring your own mug!
