I think the rooms need some updating. Our first room definitely needed some deep cleaning. We switched rooms but also didn’t get the room we reserved to begin with. Other than that it was a pleasant stay and the cost was reasonable. Would stay again.

Clean room! Secure elevator setup! 8 minute Uber Eats from many restaurants! Good breakfast but the Hilton Home 2 suites in St Louis has a super free breakfast layout. Chicago Magnificent Mile on Delaware charges $35 for a waffle and piece of bacon with coffee for two. Overkill IMHO.

Clean room many things close by nice staff. Breakfast right downstairs. One block away from hop on hop off bus, that was great. Convenient store across the street walking distance to river walk navy pier and beach.

It was excellent. The only flaw is the parking situation. They don’t have parking which forced you to pay $80 valley parking fee with no discount or any type of validation from the hotel, or you have to go find a cheaper parking garage away from the hotel paying $48 and that was the cheapest.

The hotel is just two blocks from the magnificent mile shopping on Chicago's north Michigan Ave.The room was well appointed with a separate bedroom area from the rest of the space.
