Hotel is very clean, modern and the staff is great. View from the room and proximity to river walk was excellent. Elevators can take some time, so all of them should be in operation especially on busy weekends.

The property was great. My only draw back was there was no shuttle. This would not prevent me from booking there again.

Before I checked in on the 18th, I was charged for half of the room deposit. When I arrive to the hotel and try to check in the front desk clerk, rang me up for the ENTIRE amount of the room price, plus the $200 security deposit fee.I explained to the clerk that I had already been charged for half of the room deposit and asked why I was being charged the full price again. She calls her manager and explains the situation to them over the phone. Now the new price I need to pay is the other half of the room plus the $200 security deposit. I pay the amount, and I get my key and head to the room. Upon arriving in the room there was no sofa bed, which on the website it was described to have, weird. I go to look at my bank account to check my bank statements, and I notice I was charged another $200 dollars. ( which I was told I was going to be refunded for, but why was I charged again for another $200? Without my knowledge? Fast forward to the last day when I am trying to check out, I was told that I had a charge on my account for $250. Which again was weird because I just paid the hotel over $1200, when my room total was $870. Klao was the manager on duty, who laughed & didn't really try to understand where I was coming from and the fact that the hotel took more money than they should have. She printed out receipts and asked if "it makes sense" because she did not want to waive the fee. After going back and forth with her she waived the extra $250 fee because I wasn't paying it!

The property was in a very nice location downtown and it was easy to walk or get a ride somewhere. The rooms were very clean, the hotel overall was very nice. The only issue we experienced was traffic with the elevators. It didn’t seem like they were all working and would get backed up as you had to transfer elevators from the lobby to get up to the rooms.

Elevators were slow or not all operable for a full house. Room although comfortable with wonderful view had a smoky smell. Housekeeping was called to fix, but there was no change.

The location of the property is great. minutes away from the beautiful river walk. Housekeeping was terrible. They did not even pick up trash from our room. Did not provide clean towels. very unhappy. We paid quiet a lot for the room. expected better.

The staff, cleanliness, etc were amazing. The bed was old, and one side was damaged with a caved in spot, in a corner room king suite. Don't know how this gets past an inspection. They came and took all of the towels we used each day and never replaced them, we had to request more each time, that was annoying. Everything else was great.

The hotel is beautiful our room view was amazing. Our room was spacious and clean. The only complaint was the shower knob was non operational. The water handle had serious wear like it was going to fall off. Since, our stay was for one night and the view was beautiful we didn't see a need to complain maybe that's why she gave us the room with the non operational shower knob.
