Expensive but worth it

We came to celebrate our son’s birthday and the location and views of Chicago were amaizing, Perfect location and walking distance to the heart of downtown. The only bad thing is that they don’t offer parking and daily parking was 67 dollars. Parking in Chicago is very expensive everywhere.

I enjoyed my stay mostly. Only issue we had was we did not have HOT WATER. When checking out, I told the front desk our stay was great except that issue and she asked if we had reported this?? We were in a rush that morning because it was St. Patrick's Day and thought it would be difficult getting out the parking garage due to everyone coming to town. She comped parking for the inconvenience- I'm scheduled to return in May. It will be just as crazy for Beyonce! Id definitely stay again - the gourmet burger, hospitality, service, and cleanliness got my vote!

The pool area was very slippery, even when walking carefully. Customer service was excellent. We were surprised to find our room being cleaned at 6pm, when we came back and just needed to relax, but it was no big deal. We just hung out in the very comfortable lobby. The vibe in the hotel in general was very chill and quiet, which we loved, and the lobby being on the 15th floor was nice, as we felt like we were up there with all the surrounding highrises.
