Nice, but needs a little more work.

The common spaces were nicely renovated, but the parking garage was VERY rough… Broken concrete, unswept, just rough. The room was nice, but it was clear the bathrooms did not receive renovations with the rooms. Staff was super nice, they just need a little more work on the facilities.

I've stayed her many times (multiple times per year). It's a fine hotel in a great location, and the staff is PARTICULARLY excellent. Never had a bad experience. Beware the ramp of the parking garage though - it's STEEP!

Great service & location!

Great service, all of the staff members were very friendly! The location is also great - near by restaurants and cafes, a Metra station and not a far walk to the lake front.
