During my stay, the hot tub wasn’t heating properly, and I had to change rooms because the heater and TV weren’t working and there was a loud dog next door. I was informed that I would receive a refund, but it has not been issued.

Staff was very friendly. The only problem was, I had to go to the front desk every day to get the room key reset because it would lock us out of the room. Not a huge deal, just aggravating. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed in that I ever had to do this.

Room is not clean that on our 1st time to get in, small stuffs are visible on the floor. Bathroom got stagnant smell. Saw small bugs under the bed when trying to retrieve falled eye glasses underbed. Also, found rats outside of door lobby.

There was no hot water in the room for my entire stay. Staff said maintenance was working on it, but judging by past reviews, this has been an issue for some time. I don't believe they were working on a solution to this problem. I also paid for an extra breakfast through out my stay, but then had to go back and forth from the breakfast area to the front desk multiple times to prove it. I asked them to remove the extra breakfast fee for the remainder of my stay as I was no longer interested. They said they did, but it was still on my final bill. They offered a 20% discount on my stay due to no hot water (the best they could do?) But, I was still charged the full amount. I feel totally scammed by this hotel and will never return for sure. The fight is not over, I still want my discount.
