Room was decent. Dining area not well laid out as TV was loud and then there was a second TV blasting kid shows. The hot water warmer never worked and you had to ask the front desk for hot water one cup at a time. The exercise equipment did not work. Really was understaffed during breakfast.

Check in time was 3pm, and we arrived at 3:15. Our room was not ready yet, so we had to wait about 5 minutes and then it was ready. The shower curtain was not buttoned fully, so we had to take care of that so water did not come out of the shower. Limited breakfast options.
