The bed in our room was extremely uncomfortable, no parking was available and vehicle got towed out the park n lot that the staff recommended to park in!!!!

This is probably one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in. The room was so clean along with the lobby. Breakfast was delicious! Our view was beautiful and the best thing was we were so close to the united center and it was an easy drive there and back. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again! The price along with everything this hotel has to offer is worth it. I highly recommend this hotel!

The room was extremely well kept, the staff was helpful and friendly especially the breakfast staff, the food was great! We stayed here a year and a half ago and just this past weekend. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises!
