The staff are so friendly and the hotel is beautiful! I love the cozy feel of it and the front and back entrances were very convenient. Location is fantastic and the artful displays of books were so cool!!!

My biggest sound complaint is the lack of sound proofing through the rooms. We were able to hear neighbors conversations in all directions. Also, we were woken up by the sound of neighbors opening their window curtains everyday. The room was smaller than it looked in the pictures online. The bedsheets were full of static and my partner had horrible sleep due to being shocked all night. Overall, we are disappointed by our stay at Arlo and it was not worth the price.
