This is my second stay. Great location, great staff - and really fun rooftop bar/restaurant. I will likely stay again - but it is worth noting that the building is in serious need or refurbishing. The carpets and furniture look very worn and outdated. Perhaps it is in the works - but only detraction on what was an overall good stay.

The staff at check in was great and offered us an upgrade to a larger room at no extra cost. Although the room was older the king size bed was very comfortable, the room spacious and clean.

I love this property. It was right on the lake across from a free zoo with a park and it's pet friendly. Room was adequate and clean the staff was amazing. The best part about it was the rooftop bar on a 75° day in downtown Chicago.
