For nearly $500 a night I expect the tub to drain properly, toilet to flush and rooms to be more updated. Great location, but if you can, stay somewhere else for the money.

This hotel was ok. Its location mostly justifies its price. The room didn't have backup supplies of toilet paper and tissues. It took two calls to the desk to get a new supply. Not good when you run out of TP!

The hotel seemed to be suffering a shortage of toilet paper!!! When we ran out they only had a partial roll to offer. Also our sink was clogged and smelled like sewer. Reported but no one came. When housekeeping came they didn’t leave coffee cups or the package of stirrers, etc.. On the good side, convenient location, nice bedding and very clean rooms.

Great location, safe neighborhood. Parking is expensive, $75 per day for valet, $39 per day in lot across the street. Clean, beds and pillows comfortable. Toilet didn’t flush properly and 2 burnt out lights in bathroom but both issues fixed promptly. Water never got hot so we got used to lukewarm showers. Rooftop bar is very nice.

When we went to check in the property was having an issue with hot water. Front desk attendant was upfront about the issue, quickly offered a full refund and within a couple of days it was honored. Leaving a good review even though we didn't end up staying there because their honesty was refreshing. Will be open to rebooking. The rooftop bar looks really cool.
