Clean and quiet room. Staff was ver helpful. Breakfast buffet was amazing! Only beef we had was that the room temperature was too hot!! Temp was 77degrees was only able to get down to 74. Maintenance did bring us a fan. They could save on the heating bill by adjusting the furnace.

Upon checking in, Francisco was so kind and accommodating! The breakfast buffet had so much variety and was delicious. It is in the heart of downtown right next to Michigan Avenue, so you are close to everything!
