The hotel was nice, pretty clean with nice bed and shower. Breakfast was decent with good choice of hot/cold items. Areas of hotel could really use an update. We enjoyed our stay and was close to a family function.

Property is old but some of the staff were nice and others were rude and not helpful at all. Room was clean and decent. The BIGGEST issue was the covers are thin and they didn’t have extra blankets. The first night we needed extra towels and they didn’t have any. Never been to a hotel that doesn’t have extra blankets and towels.

Great stay!

We chose this hotel for proximity to Six Flags. And also because they had a pool and breakfast included. Premises were very clean. Indoor pool was great. Comfy beds, and breakfast was decent. 2 minute drive to Great America was fantastic. Plus it’s next door to Olive Garden and Cracker Barrel, so plenty of food options. We will be back!

Front desk was unclear, short tempered and rude. Always had the same person when me or my kids would go. I was even called to be told I need to check in so they could charge me for my first night. When it wasn’t for the first night it was a deposit of $133. Probably won’t ever stay there again just because the rude staff
