Luxury meets urban chic in this gorgeous, recently renovated Roscoe Village condo! Walk in to find soaring 12' ceilings showcasing new remote-operated ceiling fans, and new modern lighting fixtures. East and south facing windows provide the unit with a ton of natural light, the south facing windows include new automated (iPhone-enabled) roller shades. The exposed brick and gas fireplace give a charming-city loft feel, and the private elevator entrance allows for ease and convenience with a touch of luxury. Enjoy some fresh air on the front balcony, and entertain guests on an additional balcony off of the primary suite. The kitchen features all newer appliances, and both bathrooms were recently updated with new toilets, and faucets. Interior door locks were recently updated to a self-keying system including programmable smart deadbolt on front door. Ring security system on all interior/exterior doors & windows, as well as interior motion detection monitors. Tandem parking and additional storage unit included, welcome to your happy place!

The space is best for living with two people, however, can accommodate up to four guests.
