Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Found a bug in the bed so we wanted to leave right away. It was after normal business hours so couldn't find anyone to help. Keycards stopped working so couldn't get back into the room to get our stuff. Tried calling multiple #'s and couldn't get any help. Eventually someone came to the front & got us back into our room to get our stuff so we could leave.
