It’s not the nicest hotel, it’s also not labeled as such. We had one of the 2 story rooms, it gave our family the rest and space we needed. Any of the staff we encountered were very kind and helpful. It looks like they’re in an ongoing process of making the property better, on a daily basis. We had no major issues with our stay.

Dont Book!

My family and I had a horrible experience the room had 3 beds it had an upstairs and it was so hot no air would go up there ceiling fan would not work. No one ever cleaned our rooms we stayed 5 nights and our sheets never got changed we only got towels cause we had to ask and they refused to give us more towels. No remotes or batteries. No one asked us if we needed anything or any trash taken we had to do it all ourselves. As a navy family we are very upset we had such a horrible experience.

They didn’t have clean sheets, the toilet was very sketchy and barely flushed even the easiest job, the tv channels were blurry, the place stunk like smoke, the attendants were nice and polite, but one had the room key expire during the stay, the neighborhood appeared dangerous.

Rented a family room. Horrible smell of smoke, condition of linen was stained. Requested a different room. The smell wasn’t as bad but the shower and toilet was gross. There was water in the bathtub with a drain stopper in place. There were no towels. When I went to the counter to request, they gave me 3. Mind you, it’s a family room. I told them there’s 6 of us. He said there’s no laundry lady today. We had to wait a whole day for towels. Unacceptable.
