Our family stayed for ten days over the winter holiday break. The house is one floor but huge, making it easy to have everyone together. It has two large comfortable areas to relax, play board games (I need to know where to get that amazing transformer coffee table), and watch TV. The kitchen has everything you need for quick easy meals. The kitchen table is huge! We all fit for meals. There is a breakfast island with stools. The two full baths made mornings easy. The bedrooms were large and away from the rest of the rooms so kiddos can go to sleep early. We loved our time together and look forward to renting in the future. Thank you Roshaan!

This was a great house to stay in for return trip home to Chicago with our family from Oklahoma and Florida. It is very spacious as described with a very beautiful backyard and large deck and a patio on the front of the house. It fit out family of 9 perfectly and could accommodate a few more. I would add video tour of the house so the potential renters can get a better layout of the home.There is the Metra commuter train that flys behind the house about twice an hour throughout the day, but it is relatively quite. There were some miner cosmetic issues that I reported to the host, but the one main issue is the kitchen floor is warped and bowed underneath the front edge of the refrigerator/freezer so make it hard to close the freezer door and keeps the freezer from freezing. This also causes the fridge from reaching optimal cooling ranges. We truly had a great time as a family in this cool home and would stay here again.

Nice home

Very large and nice home. Very clean and in good order. Appliances are a bit old, but manageable. On a commuter train line, but this was not really a problem as the trains didn't seem to run overnight. Home was actually very quiet.
