My stay overall was a good experience. However, there were a few repairs that need to be made. The outlet compartment was extremely loose, so plugging up my electronics seemed risky and unsafe. Also, the hair dryer was inoperable in the bathroom and the concrete was in need of repair on the walkway leading to our room as well. The lights above the bed were tangled and half lit in the ceiling. If those issues were addressed, the stay would have been pretty much perfect!

found a BEDBUG IN THE BED, brought the killed bug to the front office, where the manager then crushed the bug and pushed it on the floor, responding “it’s a common bug, we”ll look at the room” no apologies, no compensation. Birthday was ruined. Will never stay or recommend this location. Staff was very rude I’m so disappointed.

Dirty child sized hand print of oil and cream on the chair in room. Was told that was weird and maybe it was a cleaning associate who left it. The hand print was smaller than my 8 year old daughter’s hand. I had a photo but Expedia doesn’t allow posting. The desk said she would have someone clean it. Which she ended up cleaning it. After seeing that, nothing felt right about staying or returning there. She mentioned people use these rooms for many different reasons.
