The staff is very friendly and polite. The room is modest and clean with a comfortable bed and linens. The TV is great. The bathroom appears newly painted . However the toilet is old and I had to lift the tank cover, multiple times during my stay, to move the flapper to stop the toilet from constantly refilling. As one has to ask for maid service every morning and the super thin walls, I would not stay here again. The mini bar is great and reasonably priced and the hotel is in a great location to walk to Wrigley Field.

Lovely Place - Conveniently Located

The place was pleasant, staff were very kind and responsive and the location was superb and very convenient to local grocery stories, shopping, dining and bars, Wrigley Field, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

This property grew on me- first glance it is run down and in a neighborhood which is only close to one small area with food options. It is a 10-15 dollar Uber to anything else except Wrigley field. So location is quiet and staff exceptionally friendly but it’s far from The luxurious boutique I thought we were getting. So just know what you are looking for- not really close to city either! Getting.
