One of the elevators were out. It took us over ten minutes to get downstairs. The room was super small. I thought there would be some space for my toddler to walk around but there wasn’t. The playpen I asked for wasn’t clean and it didn’t even work properly.

The property only had 1 operating elevator causing 5 plus minute waits to get to the other floors. My group had to take the stairs from the 8th floor multiple times, passing by other guests who are doing the same. Cleaning had to be requested and was not a given. After our second day, we spoke to the front desk and they said a cleaning has to be requested 24 hours in advance. We kept running out of towels and tissue because no one was cleaning our rooms. The staff were nice but the hotel was not a pleasant stay.

The room and bathroom are tiny! It seems like there is no insulation in the walls since we were able to hear everything that was going on in the hallway and other rooms, not to mention on the street! We were on the 10th floor!
