Before every reservation this home is Professionally CLEANED and SANITIZED thoroughly from top to bottom. There are cameras located on the exterior of the property for your safety and mine. As with any homeowner, outages happen from time to time. I'm not responsible for any power electric or Internet outages. Thanks for understanding!

My home is a tranquil private 2 bedroom 2 bath Single family home on a double corner lot near a golf course. Lamplight equestrian center is near by and we are near a Forest preserve with everything that comes with nature. As with any property located near Forest and water there are various breeds of insects and bugs around. This is Completely normal for the area. This home is situated in a wooded setting not a urban setting. Perfect for business travelers or families with children that need high speed internet. MY home is located on a double lot with only one neighbor next door. My home is Very quiet and secluded plenty of parking maximum of four vehicles on property with a room for a 25 foot horse trailer. Escape the hustle and bustle of the city....

A copy of photo identification is required prior to check in or reservation will be canceled.

No locals. No adults under 25. Absolutely no gatherings. Guests bringing unauthorized people into my home that are not on the reservation Is prohibited. The reservation will be immediately canceled and not refunded. Thank you for reading the rules

Best stay in Schaumburg

The house was spotless and very well maintained. Stephanie is terrific. Communicates quickly with accuracy and always very accommodating. I wish everyone was nearly as good as she is. The property had everything described and will definitely be staying there again.

Perfect for our weekend with Family

This property was perfect for our recent visit to Chicago area for a family wedding. It was centrally located for all of our activities and in a nice and quiet neighborhood. While the home could use a few updates, it had all the amenities needed to make our stay very comforable. We were all very happy with our choice and would stay here again. Stephanie was very easy to communicate with. Very accomadating and flexible. Thank you for our nice family getaway.

Overall a nice home, listed on amenities was internet and tv but come to find out no Wi-Fi for internet or TV. But there is an awesome bar around corner where we could watch TV. Master bed not so comfy as others but an extremely quiet place!
