Apartment in Chiclana de la Frontera, La Barrosa beach. Located in the residential Taymar. On the first floor of 2 bedrooms, with capacity for six people, in the living room has a sofa bed. Independent kitchen. Fully equipped, towels, sheets and full kitchen. Own parking.
The urbanization is closed, has two paddle courts, two swimming pools (one for adults and one for children), large garden areas for walking. The pool is open from June 15 to September 15.
The apartment is in the area of the first track, and at the hand of everything, it is not necessary to make use of the car at all, since walking, you can go everywhere, you have in the corner taxi and bus stop. Press, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets a minute walk, and on the same path, in two more minutes is the beach and the promenade.

600m vom Strand ist irreführend und stimmt nicht. Vielleicht Luftlinie. Fahrtweg mit dem Auto sind 2,5 Kilometer. Man muss zum Strand fahren und dort Parkgebühren zahlen.Bei Buchung hieß es, WLAN vorhanden. Durch Zufall haben wir eine Woche vorher erfahren, es gibt keins. Es gab keine Info der Vermieterin. Zum Glück konnte sie es noch einrichten.Das Haus ist grundsätzlich sauber, aber verschiedene Ecken (Lampen, Lichtschalter und unter der Spüle) müssten mal wieder gründlich geputzt werden. Es gibt sehr viele Gläser.Man muss wissen, das die ganze Küstenregion ein Problem mit Kakerlaken hat, also am besten schon beim ersten Einkauf reichlich entsprechende Gegenmittel besorgen.Die ganze Wohnanlage ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und ruhig. Der Pool war länger in Betrieb als angegeben. Von Montag bis Freitag sind zwei freundliche Gärtner/Hausmeister da. Es wird sehr aufgepasst.Maria und Luis sprechen nur spanisch. Deshalb konnten wir mit Ihnen nicht gut kommunizieren. Stand aber auch so in der Beschreibung.

La casa está muy limpia y está muy bien. Es un residencial muy tranquilo. Consta de 3 habitaciones y 2 baños, un salón y una cocina. Tiene una terracita con cesped en la entrada y una plaza de aparcamiento. La zona es tranquila y la piscina está muy bien, todo bien ajardinado.Los propietarios son muy majos y admiten mascotas, hemos podido ir con nuestra perra sin problemas.Los puntos negativos, son que en el anuncio pone que hay WiFi y no hay y que pone que hay horno y no hay.En cuanto a la distancia a la playa son unos 2km que son unos 25 min andando y está muy lejos, ya que hay que bordear el campo de golf. Es necesario ir en coche.Pero por lo demás, un sitio muy tranquilo y agradable con muchos sitios para hacer actividades, como golf, surf, padel, tenis, hípica... Y tiene centros comerciales cerca. Y sitios chulos para comer.

Hemos pasado tres días fantásticos en La Barrosa y no podemos estar más contentos con la experiencia. Desde el primer momento, el trato con los propietarios, Teresa y Luis, fue excelente. Son personas muy amables, educadas y cercanas. Nos recibieron personalmente, nos enseñaron toda la vivienda y se aseguraron de resolver cualquier duda. Además, nos recomendaron varios bares y restaurantes de la zona, lo cual agradecimos muchísimo.La casa estaba impecable: muy limpia, ordenada y con todo lo necesario para sentirnos como en casa. Es un lugar muy tranquilo y silencioso, ideal para desconectar y descansar. Se agradece el parking interior (urbanización cerrada)Si hay que ponerle algún “pero”, sería la ausencia de wifi, pero sinceramente, al estar de vacaciones, no lo echamos en falta.En resumen: una estancia de 10. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Desconexión en familia

Un lugar perfecto en una zona tranquila, con playas, supermercados y restaurantes cerca. La casa está en una urbanización segura. Lo que más nos gustó fue su porche con vistas a la piscina, lo disfrutamos mucho, y el trato con los propietarios fenomenal,nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos. Ojalá podamos volver, GRACIAS

Schönes Haus am Golfplatz

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet (auch in der Küche) uns es gibt einen Pool in der Anlage. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett sprechen aber nur Spanisch, dadurch kleinere Probleme beim CheckIn. Die Textbeschreibung bei Fewo Direkt entspricht nicht diesem Haus, die Bilder aber schon.

NO LO RECOMIENTO

La anfitriona es un desastre. En ningún momento se puso en contacto con nosotros ni en la entrada ni en la salida. No contesta a los whatsapp y la casa deja bastante que desear: - Cucarachas en la cocina. - Sábanas pequeñas para todas las camas. - Toallas desgastadas del uso excesivo. - Le tuvimos que pedir mantas porque en abril hace frio. No hay calefacción ni bomba de calor ni nada. - No deja lo mínimo para entrar: Bolsas de basura, gel de manos en los baños, un poco de aceite etc. - EL mando de la puerta de automoviles no abria bien. Estaba viejo. No lo recomendaría porque no acoge al huésped ni se molesta en hablar con la familia y la casa no reune las mínimas condiciones.

El apartamento está francamente bien, amplio, cómodo, con terraza muy agradable, buena piscina, zona muy tranquila y estacionamiento. Es un primer piso sin ascensor. Tiene de todo en la cocina, lavavajillas, lavadora, frigo, microondas y vajilla suficiente. Solo hemos echado de menos que no tuviera material de limpieza en la cocina (no había ni siquiera un estropajo) y tampoco gel/jabón y papel higiénico en el baño. La cama de matrimonio es grande aunque convendría que cambiaran el colchón porque es de muelles y se notan mucho.

Apartamento bien situado y tranquilo con magnífica piscima

Es un apartamento bien situado, a unos 5 min andando a la espectacular playa de La Barrosa. El apartamento muy limpio, pero hay cosas que se pueden mejorar, todo relacionado con el mobiliario. El apartamento es para 6 personas, sin embargo sólo hay un sofá (cama), como mucho para cuatro pero con dos niños pequeños , el cual no es muy cómodo ya que notan mucho los muelles. En la cama de matrimonio el colchón es excesivamente blando y también se notan los muelles. Por último hemos echado en falta en el baño un pequeño armario para guardar las cosas del aseo. Pero en general la estancia fue buena.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in schöner Wohnanlage

Wir ( 2 Personen) waren 3 Wochen in der Ferienwohnung und von ihr begeistert. Sie ist geräumig, hat eine schöne Terrasse und einen prima Blick auf den Pool wie auf dem Foto gezeigt wird. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und ist für einen entspannten Urlaub absolut das Richtige. Die Anlage und der Pool werden sehr gut gepflegt und sauber gehalten. Zur Wohnung gehört ein PKW-Stellplatz für den Mietwagen . Die Übergabe erfolgte völlig problemlos. Die Wohnung liegt in einer tollen Anlage mit Swimmingpool und Tennisplätzen, ist nahe am Strand und den örtlichen Lokalitäten. Wir haben eine wunderbare, sehr entspannte Zeit dort verbracht und werden sicherlich wieder dort hin fahren und wenn möglich, diese Wohnung mieten.
