Se podría Mejorar el mantenimiento y equipamiento
Algunos ventiladores estaban dañados, los arreglamos nosotros mismos El piso de la terraza muy sucio con moho, las puertas de seguridad no cierran bien En la cocina, la mesa de comer era una mesa de planchar, colgadores para secar la ropa en mal estado La lavadora tenía la puerta dañada Hace falta mejorar batería de ollas y electrodomésticos en la cocina (tostador de pan, por ejemplo) La puerta de entrada a la casa es muy difícil de abrir y cerrar. Hace falta lubricar con anticorrosivos
