Whether you're sipping coffee on the front porch or trying your hand at bocce ball in the backyard under the twinkle lights, this sweet, completely redone 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home provides a clean and comfortable place for you to enjoy all that Chico has to offer. Be sure to check out the legendary jukebox from Duffy's Bar in downtown Chico, given to us as a wedding present! Grab the beach chairs and head to One-Mile, the local swimming park just a couple of blocks away. Or hop on a beach cruiser bike and take a ride through tree-lined streets, just a few blocks to the heart of downtown Chico. Plenty of street parking directly in front of the house.
