Comfortable bed, clean room. Convenient location to shop downtown. Pool wasnt kept very clean though and would be better with a hot tub. Also wish breakfast included some protien vs all carbs and sugars. But overall was worth the price to stay there

The facility was nice. Breakfast wasn’t good as coffee machine not working and food not kept up. I sat for over an hour without an attendant. Unfortunately one employee was covering front desk and food area. Also a guest was allowed to smoke right next to my car next to my room.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and had great customer service. Our housekeeper for room 103 on 6.17 and 6.18 was very friendly and works hard. We had a great time thank you.

A favorite place to stay in Chico. Not fancy but clean and accommodating. I got there very late, but the front desk was waiting for me and even offered to move her car so we could park. The staff go out of their way and it shows.

I've stayed here at least three times and the front desk staff (this time, as well as last, wasTerri) are so friendly and helpful! The rooms are large and have everything you need. The bed was one of the most comfy beds I've ever slept in! Nice continental breakfast, too! I would highly recommend this property!
