The ground floor welcomes you with a large, fully equipped kitchen featuring a fireplace, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, and more, perfect for shared meals in the adjoining dining room. A cozy living/dining room with TV and seating area invites you to unwind after a day outdoors. Upstairs, the first floor offers three comfortable bedrooms (two with double beds and one with a single), plus two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. A seating area and balcony or terrace provide lovely spots to relax and enjoy the mountain air. The top floor features a second open kitchen, a spacious living/bedroom with two double sofa beds, a dining table, play equipment, and a private bathroom, ideal for families or groups. Outdoors, enjoy a private garden with sun loungers, barbecue, and garden furniture. A high chair, camping cot, ironing board, and parking are also available. With lakes, ski areas, and trails nearby, this is a perfect all-season base for nature lovers, families, and adventure seekers alike. A utilities & service fee of EUR 150,00 will be required closer to your checkin date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link.
