This hotel is a real jewel in Chihuahua. We stayed on our way to Mazatlan and on our way back. The rooms are clean and the first room we were in had a beautiful glass shower. The breakfast buffet in the morning is totally worth the stay. It's like you're eating at a restaurant and not a hotel. Great food.

I liked this hotel. It was nice. Had a good breakfast. Others said it was too far out of the way but I disagree with that.

This Hotel seems fairly new with nice clean rooms. I have stayed here twice and been happy specially the nice breakfast every morning. More parking would be nice but overall nice stay at this price range.

Worth another stay!

This is a beautifully kept hotel with the most elegant elevator ever! We received a complimentary shuttle ride to a steak restaurant downtown. Their was a fascinating history of the area done in many bronze reliefs and a lovely pedestrian downtown area. Very good hot buffet breakfast included. Convenient to bus station. Only drawback no room safe.

Very nice place for a very reasonable price

I was looking for a place close to the El Chepe train station and the bus station. I chose this one because another reviewer had suggested it. It did not seem quite as close to either station as I had hoped, but the facilities were lovely - very clean and comfortable beds. We had to leave early in the morning and missed breakfast so I can't comment on that, but there was a nice dining area.

Clean and quiet place to stay.

We wanted to find an inexpensive hotel near the Chepe train station to go to El Cobre de Canyon the next day at 5:00 am. Since there are no hotels across from the train station we decided on Hotel Don Ruben (about 10 minutes away). The staff is nice. Many employees speak English. The rooms are clean and quiet (with air conditioning). The manager checked in on us at the restaurant, The women who runs the small restaurant makes great tacos!
