We enjoyed our stay. The staff had a hard time keeping up with the continental breakfast. The rooms were nice and clean. The kids enjoyed the pool and waterslide. Would stay here again.

Breakfast was terrible. The one person don’t know how to manage the station. Everything runs out. All guest are asking here for a lot of stuff. How hard is it to manage a small breakfast buffet that the only thing you need to cook is pancake. I have approached her for stuff and instead of accommodating me he first grab the garbage never wash her hand after.

⚠️ WARNING: AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS ⚠️ I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I strongly advise you to stay away. My experience was unacceptable from start to finish. First, we booked through Expedia, clearly selecting a double room for a family of five. The listing showed two queen beds and another room with a king bed. The confirmation explicitly stated: “Double room Queen bed king bed.” But on arrival, we were given a single room with just one king and one queen bed, not what was booked, not what was paid for. What made this worse was the staff’s total lack of accountability. Not one person took responsibility. No apology, just excuses and complete indifference. As for breakfast – we stayed for six nights and were served the exact same poor-quality food every single day: bread, waffles, ice-cold boiled eggs, apples, yogurt, tea, and juice. No variety, no effort, no change. Every single time the bread needed refilling, staff used their bare hands to handle the bread, no gloves, no tongs, no sanitary precautions whatsoever. This is a serious hygiene violation and absolutely unacceptable in any food service setting.. The bathroom was another disaster. A black rubber plug placed in the sink drain slowed water drainage so badly that brushing your teeth meant staring at a disgusting mess for minutes. The toilet didn’t even flush properly you had to hold the flush handle down each time. This stay was deeply disappointing,and frustrating.
