Not so Super at the Super 8.

Rooms were quite cold, bedding minimal so many people from our whole group went out and purchased blankets as we stayed 2 nights. Breakfast options minimal. Bowl of waffles and wrinkly boiled eggs. Staff nice enough. 1 room had a rat in ceiling so did not sleep well.

Staff was friendly and accommodating when told of needs. The young lady in the dining room couldn't make the waffles and be on top of cleaning the tables at the same time. Our shower make a very loud whistling noise the whole time it was operating. The pool and hot tub didn't look clean, green coloring, we didn't use it because of this, but the equipment room looked great.

Easy to get to from the highway, a lot of places to eat that were in a walkable area. Short drive to shopping. Could use a bigger TV in the room and pillows that are less lumpy and a bit flatter. Personal preference.

Nothing unique about the property. It was a basic old Motel style room. The staff was very difficult to communicate with due to language barrier. The advertised breakfast was close to inedible and we wanted to use the gym but it was closed for maintenance! For the money, not worth it. Would pay more for a better stay.

Not going back.

Typically my reviews are nicer on budget friendly hotels but this one was aweful. I won’t go into the disgusting details on the cleanliness but imagine the worst and you would be close. We had to ask multiple times for people to come and clean the room and they never would. It was busy, they didn’t have any assessable rooms available. The only reason the staff received 2 stars is because the gentleman that checked us it was fairly helpful. The day staff was not.
