Spacious in town home will sleep the whole gang. Walking distance to town and Maddox Blvd. This centrally location is the best. Three bedrooms and huge loft upstairs. Also offering a separate dining area and nice back yard.

THIS HOME DOES NOT PROVIDE LINENS OR TOWELS. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN OR CALL US TO RENT THEM.

Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid.  If less, then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. Great family house

This house was perfect for our big family! The kids loved having a hang out spot upstairs and the rooms were very cozy. We would have liked to have the A/C set lower than 70 but the ceiling fans helped a lot. Would definitely stay here again and again.

Just perfect!

This property is amazing! It is far larger than just looking at it from the street would have you to think - having the attic as a bedroom/living area for the kids/grandkids is perfect - especially with their own bathroom/shower! Downstairs with three bedrooms was great! The house was spotless and very well-appointed - screened porch was so enjoyable during a rain shower. The location of the property makes everything so accessible (by foot, bikes, or car) but still just far enough away from the hustle of Maddox to be quiet. The outside shower was perfect for rinsing off the beach! We will definitely be back to this property in the future!
