We got in late, service was good for checking in. Rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. I like that they use bigger bottles of shampoo, soaps, lotions, so environmentally friendly.

The fridge doesn’t work, the heater was warm..it was cold. The door had a space, which was dangerous and cool air came through & the tub was poorly glazed, cracks in it. The whole room needs updating , old bed frames, rugs, and ceiling needed to repaired, we ended up in old room. I think we were out there on purpose.

No issues, nice hotel right next to Canyon de Chelly. Bought the breakfast in the reservation and it was very tasty. Didn't get to try the pool due to temperatures. Wi-Fi was great.

Not a whole lot of hotel choices in Chinle, but this was a solid one. Front desk staff kindly worked with me to give me a quiet room towards the back. Nice little courtyard. Ate at the on-site restaurant. Had large portion of good pasta. Well maintained desert theme.

Price was excellent. Breakfast was very limited but since there were very few occupants, understandable. Parking was insecure. Had air let out of tire and broken taillight. Since every service station in town had an inoperable air station I suspect someone is trying to force us into a non legal tire repair station.
