The apartment is extremely quiet and privacy is guaranteed because it does not face the busy street below. It consists of an ample entryway, a living and dining area with dining table and sofa bed, a large double-room with queen-size bed, a recently renovated bathroom with shower, and a kitchen. It's located on the first floor of a building.
