An absolutely charming semi-detached Seafront villa in the Poseidon Beach Village, Wave Blue is perfectly poised to enable its guests to enjoy the best that Paphos has to offer. Adjacent to the prestigious St. George Bech Hotel and Spa Resort as well as Leonardo Laura Beach and Splash Resort, the villa is a mere 50 meters from the beach and a short 5-minute walk from a plethora of dining and shopping options, including taverns, bars, and mini markets. Kings Avenue Mall and the archeological attractions of old Paphos are 6 km to the West and the cosmopolitan Coral Bay Resort is 7 km to the East.

The main entrance door opens to the open plan living, dining and kitchen areas, furnished to a high modern standard; large sliding window doors let in oodles of natural light to create an excellent, bright ambience. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet the expectations of even the most demanding guest. The sliding doors open to a generous patio area, offering the opportunity for comfortable Al fresco dining and great sea views. The communal swimming pool is a minute away and accessible via a private walk through.

The two bedrooms are on the first floor and offer comfortable sleeping on high quality beds and mattresses. Both bedrooms offer elevated sea views. The bedrooms share a bathroom with shower facilities. The sofa downstairs can be made up to a generous double bed so that the villa can accommodate 6 guests. There are toilet faculties downstairs.
