The room was smaller than expected based on photo. The staff are very helpful and friendly. On 6 Dec, we forgot to book a taxi to pickup at 5am to airport and the young staff at the lobby patiently helped us book a big car as we have 6 luggages. The car arrived in just 3 mins.

My stay at InterContinental Chongqing Raffles City was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is modern, beautifully designed, and perfectly located, offering stunning views of the river and city. A special mention goes to Eric Lin at the front desk. He was extremely attentive, professional, and welcoming, and went out of his way to share great tips about Chongqing that made exploring the city much easier and more enjoyable. His service really elevated my experience. Overall, the combination of world class facilities and outstanding hospitality makes this hotel an easy choice.
