First of all, I have to say the service was excellent. We don’t use WeChat very often, so we weren’t quite sure how to add someone as a friend. The staff spoke basic English and were able to tell us how to do it in English. When we were about to arrive, they even came to pick us up nearby. We felt quite flustered in an unfamiliar place, and this thoughtful gesture really put us at ease
