You’ll find a beautiful apartment with a large living and dining room, satellite TV with almost all German channels, a large terrace surrounding the house, two large bedrooms with double beds, a kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, sink, and coffee maker, and a comfortable bathroom with a tub/shower and toilet.


Leisure: 8 km from us (10-min. travel time) is the Port El Kantaoui marina. A trip for 4 people costs about 2 euros. You’ll find all kinds of attractions there, such as diving and sailing, water skiing and tennis, horseback riding, casinos, nightclubs, and discos, as well as a wide variety of speciality restaurants.
The 27-hole golf course for amateurs and professionals rounds out the port city’s extraordinary offerings. Sousse is 16 km from us and, as Tunisia’s third-largest city, boasts numerous attractions. Here, the souks are not only bustling with activity—where visitors can meet the city’s merchants, learn the art of haggling, and enjoy the shaded areas, cafés, and restaurants just like the locals do. Sousse is an international hub for visitors from around the world who love the blend of traditional and modern city life, enjoy shopping, and want to discover the charm of a typical Mediterranean city along its wide avenues.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Chott Meriem, the highlight was our unforgettable trip to the formidable Sousse Fort and Masjid. Upon arrival we were greeted by the housekeeper Fatiha, who was always ready to help with anything we needed. The view from the apartment is mesmerising, especially the sunrise over tge sea! It was also a pleasure to meet Ali (the host) and Muhammad and enjoy a cocktail together - thank you so much!

Wunderschönes Apartment in der nähe eines Traumstrandes

Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön. Von der Wohnung mit Meerblick kann man den Sonnenaufgang aus dem Meer genießen. Weiter ist die Wohnung sehr geräumig mit zwei Schlafzimmer und einem schönen Wohnzimmer. Der Besitzer ist sehr gastfreundlich und die Kommunikation vorbildlich! Wir kommen wieder!!!

La casa in collina a 10 Min dal mare ,strada non asfaltata e polverosa, non si può andare sul terrazzo perché chiuso,la lavatrice è a uso condominiale molto vecchia cosa grave alle 5 pm viene tolta l'acqua cosa non detta da host svuotamento fogne con puzza nel bagno

Nous avons aimé notre voyage, car la region regorge de jolies places et la population est tres gentiles. En ce qui concerne l hebergement c est un tres beau projet qui a ete mit en place et l appartement est tres joli. Les difficultées touristiques que vie la tunisie impactent,cependant, les conditions de voyage. Le proprietaire et son employée sont tres devoués au bien etre de leurs hotes.

Светлые, чистые аппартаменты с видом на море . В которых есть все для комфортной жизни начиная с кондиционера и заканчивая кофемашиной и чайником, который по нашей просьбе принесли на следующий день. Ich habe ein schönes Haus mit sehr schönen Ferienwohnung gefunden. Für kurzzeitig oder Langzeit feriensufenthalte. Das Meer ist von Terrassen oder dem appartement aus zu sehen. Die Innenausstattung ist sehr schön .

Mooie huis en goed service

Ik ben met mijn gezien geweest in deze huis voor een week , het was een heel mooie huis schoon met goed service en vlak bij strand met rustig omgevingen waar je kunt overall te recht. het huis heeft een heel mooie uitzicht op de zee, dus prachtige uitzicht.

comfy and cheap... but lack of facilities.

The house is a bit far from the sea and from the markets. It has a very beautiful view: there are a lot of things missing ( small things but very important like the coffee machine, some dishes, kitchen staff...) so you can not go with only your bag and need to ask usually for the help of the owner represantant. The house is big with comfortable furniture but the oven is not working and water is dropping from the AC. The owners seems very nice and want to make your journey very successful but the house needs some fixing work.

ideal pour vacances au calme

l appartement était conforme a la description spacieux bien entretenu dans un cadre tres calme les contacts du proprietaire sur place etaient efficaces et toujours à notre ecoute nous avons passés 1 mois tres agreable la plage de sable fin est a 10 mn a pied nous avons apprecie le petit jardin privé .El kantaoui est a 10 mn en voiture et Sousse centre a 20 mn je recommande vivement cette location pour des personnes retraitées comme nous qui désirent passer des vacances au soleil et au calme. nous reviendrons surement .merci Ali

nah der Wirklichkeit des Orients und doch heimisch

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön auf einem kleinen Berg gelegen und bietet einen direkten Meerblick. Der kleine Ort bietet viel Entspannung und gleichzeitig Abenteuer in der Erkundung und dem Verstehen einer ggf. noch fremden Kultur. Wandern, den ganzen Tag am Sandstrand liegen, Wassersport in jeglicher Weise und die Erkundung der ca 3 km entfernten Stadt Sousse ist möglich. Für Längere Ausflüge können von Sousse aus, mit dem Zug oder den Sammeltaxis (Louage, gängiges öffentliches Verkehrsmittel der Tunesier) sehr gut zu planen. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und sollte etwas fehlen sind vor Ort Verantwortliche (auch deutschsprachig)welche gerne aushelfen.Organisatorisch ist Entspannung angesagt :) Das Wetter war sehr schön. Wir hatten um die 20 Grad und Sonne bis auf einen bewölkten Tag.

spannende Woche unter Einheimischen !

möchte mich hier bedanken für die Freundlichkeit, die einem dort entgegengebracht wird :). Der Vermieter selbst, in Deutschland wohnend und sehr gut deutsch sprechend,bemüht sich sehr, Wünschen im voraus schon entgegenzukommen. Die Wohnung selbst ist im Gegensatz zu so manch anderen tunesischen Wohnungen sehr europäisch und dementsprechend gut ausgerüstet.. Die Möbel sind nicht verlebt sondern sehen alle so aus, wie man ach auch gerne wohnen möchte. Es hat zwar ab und zu was gefehlt, was aber sofort versucht wurde, zu ändern . Die Strandnähe betragt ca. 5-10 min bergab , der STrand ist einfach ein Traum. Selbst im Februar wo keiner den Strand säubert, lag nichts rum und wir kamen uns vor als wären wir in der Karibik. Das Haus selbst liegt in Hergla nicht direkt in Chatt Mariam, was manchmal ein bisschen schwierig war hinzukommen, da viele Sammeltaxifahrer nicht bis hergla fahren wollten. Wir habens aber dennoch immer geschafft. Man kann prima in den ebenfalls 5.10Gehminuten entfernten "Tante.Emma.Läden" einkaufen, die auch von den Einheimischen genutzt werden. Wir haben keine Minute daran gedacht, das Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn nicht zu trinken, war also auch kein Problem . Der angrenzende Garten ist von der Grösse genau richtig und man kann sich völlig erholen, weil es sehr leise ist. Ich bitte jedoch zu beachten, dass man bei privater Anreise auf jeden Fall einen Reisepass benötigt, den wir nicht hatten , Gott sei Dank aber dennoch einreisen durften. Die Lebensmittel sind sehr sehr günstig, bis auf bestimmte Dinge Schokolade z.b. sollte mitgebracht werden. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und ich kann es rundum empfehlen . Bei Fragen stehe ich gerne zur Verfügung . Herzlichen Dank Ali für diese schöne Woche

Haus am Meer

Ich war dort vom 26.11.2013 für drei Wochen. es war für mich einfach schön und erholsam.nur die Strasse leider nicht ganz so toll,aber ansonst alles super. Ich freue mich auf mein next Urlaub dort.Vielen Dank
