Our stay
Property looks nicer in advertisement. Grounds need tidying up. Fences need replacement. Animals next door were able to get through. Despite all this, our stay was comfortable and the house with good large rooms.

A nice place to stay
Overall we were pleased with the place, but we had a few problems:When we arrived the lawn was overgrown so couldn’t be used as there were bees and wasps everywhere. Luckily they had a crew out there the next day to fix it, but when they left they left the door unlocked. The internet was woeful which rendered the tv useless a lot of the time. The bathroom ceiling is in need of a paint as there are orange spots all over it which drops down onto the floor. One of the beds was made with the wrong size sheets (they were too small for the bed) which was annoying.Apart from the above, it was a nice stay. The location is great, it’s nice and quiet, and I found a great coffee shop walking distance from the house which is always a bonus. The kids want to come back to stay again because they fell in love with the friendly cat who used to come and visit. It would be useful to give the option for the bed on the right of the bathroom to be split into two singles.

Thank you 85 Forfar
When the world is against dog owners , dogs and restrictions are increasing we finally found a place in town where we can have our boys with us. The house is comfortable, close to the CBD, has a great backyard but most importantly the owners are remarkably friendly and approachable. We recommend the House and it will avoid you put your dogs in kennels.

Beautiful Christchurch
The house was exactly as described, it did have a repair before we arrived and it smelt a little bit of paint, but we were informed and it wasn’t a worry
The property has a lovely home feel which encourages family to be together, the deck outside was wonderful to spot in the sun. Thanks for having us
