17A Grove Road is a brand new house that we have just built on a quiet residential road in Christchurch.
You will have the entire property to yourself including a garden and patio area with a BBQ and outdoor dining table and chairs. It has off road parking and has been furnished to a very high standard with brand new interiors. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher to make your stay a true home from home experience. A 10 minute walk to Christchurch town center.
The space
This beautiful new house is the perfect base for weekends away or longer family holidays. Downstairs has a stunning entrance area leading to a fully fitted kitchen with everything you need including what we consider important extras such as a coffee machine with complimentary pods! Following the hallway there is a WC and spacious living room/dining area with a large 50inch flatscreen TV and L-Shaped sofa which converts into a double bed. The living room is beautifully bright and south facing (a real suntrap) with bi-fold doors leading out to the garden.

Upstairs are 2 generous size bedrooms both featuring built in wardrobes and dressing tables and a central bathroom containing a toilet, bath and shower. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and flat screen TV and bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with a single bed above and double below. There is plenty of space in either bedroom to accommodate a travel cot.

There is dedicated off street parking and an exterior electricity supply on the wall for charging an electric vehicle.

We have WIFI and a visitor pack available to all of our guests containing everything from restaurant recommendations, family days out, activities and a selection of fabulous places to visit as well as some great walking routes!

Hengistbury Head is a fascinating place not only for its wide variety of habitats (including heathland, grassland, scrub, woodland, freshwater wetland and coastland) but also for its internationally important archaeology and geology.
