The space
Relax in this stylish private studio below the main house, with its own entrance, offering a peaceful and self-contained stay in Lyttelton.
Just a 5-minute walk to the heart of town, the space puts you close to cafes, shops, and the harbour. A local swimming pool is also a few minutes away via a scenic community garden path.
The studio is bright, modern, and fully equipped for comfort, featuring a heat pump, full double glazing, and a washing machine. The bathroom and kitchenette have been recently renovated, giving the space a fresh, clean, and polished feel.
Please note this is a studio layout, with sleeping and living in one space. The kitchenette and bathroom are separate and connected by a door for privacy.
Step outside to your private patio to enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink, or take a walk to the main garden and seating area for stunning views.
A small garage next to the studio is available on request for bike or luggage storage.
This space is ideal for couples or solo travellers and is not suitable for children. Most essentials are provided, and I’m happy to assist with any additional needs during your stay.

Guests can use the whole studio and patio area. They also have access to the garden at the back of the house with stunning views!
