Fully furnished oceanfront property. Includes a recently renovated en suite master bath, attached to the master bedroom. The hall bath was also fully renovated in the last few months. Our property is an oceanfront private security camera monitored residence. It is outfitted with washer and dryer, full kitchen, spacious veranda, with a view of the ocean and recently renovated private pool. The pool area is furnished, with multiple lounge chairs, bar area and bbq's. We are 5 minutes from Christiansted historical sights and boardwalk. Convenient to all shopping and entertainment, walk on our private beach to next door restaurants. Excellent area for sunbathing, swimming and snorkelling. Enjoy snorkelling in the man made tire reef in the backyard!, where you will view barracuda, rays, turtles, colourful tangs, and Lion Fish. Quiet non-smoking, respect our neighbours. Featured in HGTV House Hunters Caribbean Life episode. We know that after one visit in our beautiful locale, you will come to enjoy St. Croix as much as we do.

There was no communication with the host. I reached out to him for the check in information about a week before our arrival. That was the one and only time there was any communication. The condo was in need of basic maintenance (everything from paint, cabinets, stained countertops etc.) The patio furniture needed to be replaced, maybe a bar height table to be able to enjoy the view.The lawn chairs on the beach area were unusable.I will say the pool area was well maintained.

Host communications was great (5 stars) and a main reason for selecting this property. Always assuring when traveling to a location like this to have a responsive host. Unit and property was a little disappointing. Unit in need of updates (other than bathrooms which were recently done). Beds were not comfortable. Property itself was nice and pretty well maintained (in particular landscape/pool), but not great. Biggest issue with the property has is the beach area which is not well maintained and has more broken furniture than safe furniture.

The host was welcoming and very helpful. The house is in an impreccable location! Great views, ocean, pool, wonderful friendly community and close to town. Had everything we needed and more. My only reason it's not 5 stars is because it could be a bit more thoroughly cleaned and updated. No bugs or anything (not even mosquitoes) but things like baseboards and walls were touch and go. The master bed can stand to be replaced. There is actually a spring poking out lt on the side I snagged my pants on. But, it wasnt uncomfortable. Internet was awful but it'sprovided by the condo and not the owners fault. Overall it was an amazing stay and it's not like you're inside too much anyway.

Nice oceanfront property with great view

Property has a really nice patio with views of the pool and the ocean. The community is very friendly and helpful Owner was very responsive to the few minor issues that came up. Close to downtown Christiansted. We felt it was a good value for our stay.

Great experience

This condo was nicely furnished and very comfortable. I would have to give the condition of the property a 9 instead of a 10 because it needed some minor maintenance repairs, particularly the screen door to the patio, which kept falling off the track, but we truly enjoyed our stay. The owners also allowed us to have a late check out because our return flight was late afternoon, which was extremely helpful. Very convenient location.We would most definitely return and highly recommend the property.

Had a wonderful stay. The only negative was the fact that the pool was closed. For me this was no issue as I came to be in the ocean, however my husband was very disappointed as he’s more of a lay by the pool guy. Condo was clean and well stocked ( however if you cook like me; you’re going to maybe want to bring your own chef knife). Overall wonderful stay. Would recommend

Nice place in a good location

The property was as advertised, and it's a convenient location re- access to Christiansted. There are lots of potholes in the roads on St. Croix, but only on the parts of the island west of C'sted. The east end is where the real money is on the island, so the roads there are just like the mainland. Be very careful to watch for potholes when driving. The beach at the condo is nice if you like hunting for shells, but I didn't see people swimming there. Cane Bay and beaches on the west coast of the island are the swimming beaches. The pool was very nice, and lots of the residents and renters hung out there in the evenings. I would stay at this condo again - overall the experience was good and the owner was quick to respond to questions. We did have some WiFi issues early on - there is a switch on the living room wall that must stay on in order for the WiFi transmitter to work. Once we figured that out the WiFi was very reliable and reasonably fast.

Great Condo Location

This condo was exactly as described and the host was very attentive to any messages I sent during our stay. The beach you can walk to from the condo was so calm that my 3 young kids could play in it easily. It is very conveniently located and can get to downtown Christiansted in less than 10min and anywhere else on the far east or west within 30min. Thanks for a great stay!

The communication was excellent, we locked ourselves out by mistake and Chris and Kevin came to the rescue. Also the condo is steps from the beach! Walking distance to two restaurants and a bit longer to the grocery store. Place had everything we needed as far as amenities.

Locatiin was great, 8 min drive to downtown Christiansted. Furniture was plentiful and comfortable. Plenty of linens. Washer and dryer was convenient. Pool was super clean and few short steps from unit. Owners responded quickly and were very helpful. We had a comfortable, fun stay.
