We had a wonderful stay. Our room was large, beautifully furnished with a porch that overlooked the bay. Recently upgraded—lovely and modern bathroom. Gorgeous pool. Excellent options I. The hotel: a coffee shop, ice cream shop, breakfast restaurant and sit down restaurant. Close to other restaurants and shops on the boardwalk, but away from the noise. Staff friendly and helpful. Exceeded our expectations in every way!

The property is beautiful unfortunately the staff seem to go out of their way to make your stay uncomfortable. I’m not exaggerating, we weren’t even greeted with eye contact. The hotel offered wonderful things but it was like pulling teeth to get any information. Our mere presence seemed like an inconvenience. Really was a bummer.

Great location and the staff were wonderful. The room did have a moldy smell the entire time I was there (5 nights) so that was a bit unpleasant and the reason I cannot give it 5 stars. If they could work on updating the rooms a bit I think that would help make it more enjoyable.

Hotel was nice had everything you would need. Conveniently located within walking distance of everything. Ferry rides to the beach were free as long as you have your hotel key. Staff responded to all request quickly. Would stay here again if I ever returned to Christianstead.
