Sylvester was great. The place is in a gated golf community, so zero road noise and very private but still around other homes. Very nice experience.

Amenities poorly maintained. House smelled musty and moldy and was dusty. Wet towels were on the bathroom floor. The master bath shower was in operable and clearly under repair. Beds were dusty, some of the linens on the shelves were not fresh especially in the master bedroomHouse furnishings did look like the pictures but I was greatly disappointed in the lack of attention to ready the house for guests especially at such a busy season. Arrived I. The evening and there were no lights on. The wooden steps to the upper level from the lower parking need repairHad high expectations but was greatly disappointed. The owner did respond when called and his house manager did arrive but there was no amicable resolution or offer to clean and ready the house even for the next day. Really sad. I’ve rented multiple times in various locations. This was I fact the first time I encountered this. We could not stay because of respiratory allergies by some of our guests. We notified the owner and now have to fight to get a refund.

Enough room for the WHOLE family!!

Sylvester was really awesome to let us book this super last minute.. like we were already on the island last minute. The house is very roomy and has lot of neat additions. It's tucked away in a neighborhood around the golf course and very quiet. (except the roosters, but what are you gonna do) Maybe some box fans for buffer noise. Does need a few things in the kitchen for cooking, things have probably just gotten broken over time like lids to pots and colander but Sylvester was awesome enough to have a blender delivered for our smoothies which was so appreciated. We cook instead of eating out. It is a lovely home and we very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you Sylvester for communicating with us and sharing the home.
