They kept my 100 dollar deposit stating the room smelt of smoke…however I do not smoke. Their checkout time is 11am, and office staff takes off on break at that time so that all you find is a note on the door stating “be back at 12”. So you can’t have them check the room right then and there. I have never smoked a day in my life…so they must steal these deposits all the time. Stay clear unless you want to pay an extra 100 dollars to stay in a flea bag motel.

I spent five nights at Hotel Milagros and found the experience below expectations. The room had a musty odor and appeared worn, and overall cleanliness was lacking. While I understand this was a budget-friendly option, I would likely choose a different hotel in the future. During our stay, we received no housekeeping service aside from towel changes, which was disappointing. Additionally, I experienced some discomfort that made the stay feel less relaxing.
