*please note, the host uses a studio space in the garage with a separate entrance from time to time, there are no shared spaces between host and guests. We stayed here with 2 adults, 4 kids, and dogs. The house was clean and we loved the outside sunroom area. The kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and in a great location. The host was very responsive and helpful. She was very accommodating to our requests. We would definitely stay here again.

Location was excellent with many familiar local businesses and restaurants nearby. Well-appointed and exceptionally clean house. Marisa was an excellent host and very responsive. Just a few suggestions for making it excellent.1. Place Floor Mats in bathrooms. It is dangerous stepping out of the shower on a bare floor since instructions requested that towels not be used on floor.2. Guest bathtub between two bedrooms may need plumbing maintenance. Shower water drains very slowly.3. Coffee Pot was dirty with encrusted burnt coffee in the bottom. Took some scrubbing to get it clean.4. Master Bedroom has lock with code. Code number was not provided and my brother & Sister-in-law were locked out of the room the night before we left. After several messages and calls we were able to get Marisa and she gave us the code.
