Check- In reibungslos und auch danach war die Gastgeberin Johanna immer erreichbar und bei Bedarf vor Ort. Das Haus ist geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Tolle und komfortabel ausgestattete Küche. Bei warmen Wetter heizt sich allerdings das gesamte Gebäude ( auch wegen der Deckenfenster ) rasch auf und verliert auch Nachts nur schlecht die Wärme. Achtung: Schlaftimmer unterm Dach. Klimaanlage gibt es nicht. Zu beachten ist, das Haus ist geteilt - es ist noch eine weitere Wohneinheit im gleichen Haus nebenan und eine dritte Wohneinheit ist in separatem Gebäude auch noch auf dem Grundstück. Zudem führt im Zugangsbereich zum Grundstück ein Handwerker sein Geschäft. Da auch eine gut befahrene Straße direkt vor dem Haus entlangführt, fehlt Ruhe. Der Aussenbereich ist okay- die Terasse benötigt aber eine Sanierung ( lose Platten ), die Treppe zum oberen Grundstücksbereich benötigt ebenso Pflege und auch die Gartenmöbel sind recht abgenutzt. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt- so konnten wir unseren Hund hier ohne Probleme laufen lassen.
