We looked forward to trying the 21c but were disappointed. Luxury room upgrade pointless, window looked at a wall not Walnut St as described. No double sink as described. Sink and shower had continuous leak. Mini fridge door wouldn’t stay shut. The shower at the base of the glass lots of soap scum that had not been cleaned. The table sitting area had splashes of mystery liquid on it.

Did not feel like the cleanest hotel I have stayed in. Body wash remained empty for my 3 day stay which shows a lack of attention to detail. The rooftop bar is closed, something not shown on their website. When we asked the staff they said it has been closed since "COVID". There was also a standing smell of sewage in the lobby the entire time. Staff said it was a City sewage issue. It was kind of unbearable.

The hotel was very worn down compared to other 21C. Lots of sewer smell. The room had places that were pretty dirty, and there were hairs in our bathroom, on towels, and on vanity. It wasn’t horrible but not what we expected for the price and hotel brand. And the valet driver left his radio thing in our car and we had to go back to return it. We have loved 21C in the past but we’re very disappointed with this one.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a hotel. The staff was not trained at all and could not work their own systems. They gave me a room that was under construction. I asked every day for room service and never got it. To have basic accommodations like toilet paper or towels was a fight and took hours to days to get. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel has become quite run down. The lobby and common areas around it smell bad, as does the fitness center. The rooms, carpet and bathrooms are run down. The staff is nice. All that said, the current experience is not commensurate with the high end price. I’ve been staying here for the past three years when I travel to Cincinnati for business. I won’t be staying here anymore.

Rooms were remodeled but you can still tell it’s old. The staff was super nice. The lobby did have an odd smell when you walk in. Our room was out of body wash so I called and asked for some and it was never refilled nor was the room cleaned during our 2 night stay.

We always stay here when we are in Cincinnati for business or pleasure. It's a nice counterpoint to the big business block, hotels and convention centers. The staff are eclectic and interesting, attentive and entertaining. We always enjoy the art installations. The food and cocktails are good. The rooms are quiet, comfortable and clean.
