Great place to stay

Everything was good the location is great right in front of the baseball stadium with amazing views and everything close by. The hotel breakfast was super good and really convenient, the staff were friendly and professional,the room was spacious and clean so was the bathroom, if I have to said something negative will be the pillows they weren’t that great but nothing bad about this place we love the time we spent there

Beyond disappointed

Traveled for Reds Opening weekend with our children. Laid down to go to sleep only to realize the mattress was soaked with urine. We were moved to a different room which was not cleaned very well, the toilet had fecal matter everywhere. Generally run down and not well kept.

We stayed during Reds Opening Day. We knew it would be busy, but had no idea how busy. We still enjoyed our stay and all of the festivities. Beautiful rooftop view! Valet parking! A must on a busy day in the city! Directly across from the Great American Ballpark Stadium. Walking distance to many local restaurants and bars. We will stay here again.

This was an amazing property my husband and I stayed at while we were in town for a concert. We really enjoyed the convenience of the location to bars and restaurants and really anything you need access to. You have a liquor store and a Walgreens right up the street also. No need to Uber unless you need to get across town.

A really nice hotel in the middle of everything

The hotel and staff were great. They may want to mention that they only have valet parking on the premises and that the charge is $42 per night. In and out privileges are included with the valet price.

Would definitely stay here again. Hotel was elegant & clean. Staff was friendly & helpful. Food was amazing. Room was modern and fresh.

Valet was rude, and sadly he could have gotten a 20$ just for asking if he could help with 2 rolling luggage trollies into an empty trunk.

This hotel is so convenient to the Cincinnati Reds the Cincinnati Reds Museum watch a hockey game restaurant walking distance to other facilities

The staff all around this hotel were so polite and friendly. The location of the hotel is one of the safest in Cincinnati to go to a ball game or concert. I would stay here again and again
