We have a river view room and definitely worth the extra money. And there are good dining options nearby. We brought our 21lb dog and was given a little welcome gift with collapsible water bowl and treats at check in. I brought fresh food for my dog and needed to keep the food cold but our original smart fridge did not work properly so they replaced our mini fridge with a different one and worked out realty well. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Booked a King 1-Bed room and they checked me in not commenting to me any change but when I got to my room on the 4th floor, it was a 2-Bed room. Went into the bathroom and saw a huge blood spot under the sink on the floor. Highly DO NOT recommend this hotel

The room was very dirty. Hair all over the floor and on counters. Soap scum on soap dishes, which is disturbing as it’s how you clean your hands. The staff was essentially non-existent besides check-in. They didn't even bother to greet you on entry. Really wanted it to be better or at least average.

The room was very neglected. Stains in the sheets, leaking faucets and broken fixtures. The AC wasn't working. Charged us 45/day valet and right next day was a blockage for a marathon that they didn't mentioned at all. It was very disappointed.
