The shower flooded our room on several occasions. The shower head would not stay up. The bartender was rude and forgot ours and other people’s drinks and ignores several ppl. The rest of staff however was very very nice.

Very old, needs major repairs and renovations. I had a few big holes in the shower, peeling paint, we had to bang on the door for it to open or close. Was very noisy and not clean. The only reason I gave it two stars is because the front desk personnel were very nice, courteous, and professional:

We have stayed here before for work and we usually like this hotel and location but was disappointed this time. Our room smelled horrible and the sink and tub would not drain. The air conditioner only worked part of the time. They are super nice rooms with plenty of space and comfortable beds but several maintenance issues need to be addressed.

Typically we like the Embassy Suites hotels because of the layout of the property (bar/dining/lounge spaces in the center). The suites are spacious. The only issue we had was the hvac wasn’t working properly and the room was cold. Heat didn’t work. I reported this at checkout.
